This new construction home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. With a private yard, open living spaces, and a separate office area, this house is perfect for both work and fun!
Each room features its own bathroom, giving all guests privacy and space during their stay. The primary room boasts a king bed and large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The first guest room features a twin over full bunk bed, while the second guest room has a queen bed. In the common areas, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining and living space, allowing guests to gather together in an open floor plan.
Close to downtown and just a short ride to the beach, you can enjoy the best of both scenes in Fernandina Beach! Long-term stays of 30+ days only, no pets permitted.
