Great Condo for 2 Couples
I'm giving this 5 stars with a few caveats! First, we love the location and building and have stayed at several units at Amelia South. D1 does not disappoint. What we love - 2 BR with KING beds in both which is fabulous when 2 couples are travelling together; remodeled kitchen opened up with an island is new compared to the units with a cabinet overhang and counter bar, this was nice and open; furniture was comfortable; unit was very clean and nicely decorated; love love love the first floor view and grassy area which makes rinsing off beach stuff very easy; getting into the unit was simple and A1A Vacations staff were very responsive. Felt like they cared! Icemaker and appliances all worked great! The condo has a LOT of stuff in it for your use. Most places clear out everything but the necessities. There was PLENTY of paper goods, soaps, spices etc which it seems are left for anyone to use. That can be the only drawback as it was spread out in a lot of cabinets and hard for us to put our own stuff in. Again, not a bad thing but could be more organized to keep. So much stuff but could not find a toaster LOL!!! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this one again!!

Peace filled vacation!
This condo is filled with peace! It has the most beautiful view of the ocean and easy access right out the door to the beach! The beauty and serene views draw you into rest so quickly you are immediately disconnected from work and stress. We can hardly wait until our next time to this beautiful area and will be staying in this condo any times in our future! We highly recommend your booking your next vacation here!

Amazing location & beautiful condo
This condo is different than most 1st floor condos… normally you can’t see the beach you just see the dunes but here you see the beautiful beach. The view is unmatched. And the condo is spacious and so close to town. I love that you feel like you have a “yard” as you walk out the porch to play with the kids as well. Great condo. beautiful view. You will not be disappointed.

Family Friendly Condo
Perfect spot to stay especially if you have kids! Sliding doors lead to a beautiful grassy area so kids have easy access to the outdoors without the hassle of stairs. Short walk down to the pool and beach gate so you don’t have to lug your belongings long. Inside is clean, spacious and plenty of natural light with the view of the beach. It’s a great beach getaway that’s also close to local restaurants.
