This property is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront stunner. Sixth floor views with private balconies off both bedrooms for the utmost privacy. You have two master bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms. New mattresses on the beds and hurricane shutters to give you a fantastic night's sleep. You have every convenience at your fingertips, which will make this a most comfortable stay. One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom houses a queen bed.
The living area sofa also converts to a full-size bed, which will allow for 2 more guests to sleep. Wi-Fi throughout, with TVs in both bedrooms and the living area.
The kitchen comes well equipped for you to cook a meal or heat up leftovers from one of our many fantastic local restaurants. There are also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. You will dine while looking out at the white sandy beaches and blue waters of Amelia Island,
Centrally located, you are close to many well know restaurants, and Harris Teeter Grocery store for your essentials. Located in the favorite B building, this property has the oceanfront views you want, while being just steps from the pool and the sand. This complex is gated for safety, and close to area golf courses.

January Sabbatical
This was my second year in a row coming down for the month and it was fantastic as usual. The condo is great and maintained beautifully. Renting through A1A Beach Vacations (Kristi Bennett) is completely hassle free . I m already on the countdown for next January as I will be coming back again.

Perfect
This unit is lovely. Our sixth stay at Surf and Racquet club and my favorite so far. Perfect view and well appointed. Kristi was very organized and accommodating. We will be back!

A++++ Condo
We were 2 couples staying 5 nights in condo B166 Surf and Racquet. The pictures reflected exactly how the condo looked; beautifully decorated and very clean. It met our needs because it had two master suites, each with their own balcony overlooking the magnificent views of the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch in and the kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware and dishes we needed. From the beginning to the end of renting this condo, the communication and service with Kristi Bennett was excellent. She always listened and replied promptly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this condo and Kristi Bennett to anyone considering renting.

January get away
I stayed in B166 the entire month of January 2024. The ocean views from both balconies as well as the family room are unbeatable. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked to accommodate anything we may have wanted to prepare. A huge plus was the keyless entry which negated having to keep track of a key. Another bonus was the remote check in/check out. We were able to go directly to the condo without having to spend time signing paperwork. The follow-up by Kristi after I was settled in was very much appreciated. It was a great trip and I will be using A1A for all of my future stays on the island.
