Beautiful seventh floor condominium located in the Amelia by the Sea complex. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and hosts amazing oceanfront views. Amelia by the Sea guests have access to an 800ft private fishing pier.
You will enjoy magnificent ocean views from your balcony of this top floor stunner. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guestrooms share a hall bathroom which has a bathtub/shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed for a comfortable night's sleep, and the second guestroom has 2 queen beds. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit to make it easy to do laundry.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. This property also has cable and wi-fi for your entertainment.
If the beach isn't for you, there is also a large swimming pool with plenty of loungers, community grills, and tennis courts - one of which is marked for pickle ball.

Our week long stay at 779 Amelia by the Sea was amazing. We were able to enjoy mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise and afternoons and evenings at the beach and pool! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and roomy! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Family Vacation 2024
We had the absolute best vacation! Kristi, our host made everything just perfect. The condo we originally booked suddenly became unavailable and Kristi found us another very quickly. Everything was just perfect and we had the best vacation. It’s a great condo with a lot of room. I would recommend this condo and Kristi to everyone! Thank you Kristi for going out of your way to help us, you are the best! We will be definitely be coming back again!

Great spot… only steps from the beach
My husband, our two young children (5 and under) along with my mother stayed here for a relaxing vacation in July. Location was perfect!! We were steps away from the beach which was wonderful to help with not only ease of taking stuff down to the beach but it helped up break up the sun with naps, lunch and whatever else. Lots to do super close as well… great food spots, state park and downtown area. Condo itself was nice, clean and had everything we needed - with small children we had most of our meals in the condo or on the beach and it was great still being able to see the ocean the entire time! We look forward to taking the family back next year!

Best view to wake up to!
We enjoyed a nice family weekend here. The beach was so quiet in December- it was so peaceful. The condo is very relaxing and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed! We loved waking up to the beautiful beach view and having coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean each morning.
So happy you enjoyed your time here. The Dickens weekend has become a premier event in the island, so you chose well for your get away. Come stay again soon!
