The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the open floor plan is perfect for hosting your entire group!
The Amelia by the Sea gated complex has a pool, tennis courts, community grills, and a private fishing pier.  Drop your bags and walk steps to the beach, or lounge next to our Olympic size swimming pool. Your fishermen will love our complex as it has the only private fishing pier on the island. Exclusively for our owners and guests, the pier has a fish cleaning station as well as benches for seating all the way down its 800 ft.Â
