Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This beautiful three bedroom and two bath condo is located in the coveted Amelia by the Sea complex. You will have access to a massive pool, tennis courts, community grills and a 780-foot fishing pier exclusive to the Amelia by the Sea guests and owners. There is a walkway to the beach only steps from the pool. There are also 2 elevators in the building for access. The Surf Restaurant is right across the street, and Sliders is a 10-minute walk.
The condo has a king bed in the oceanfront master with direct ocean views and access to the private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom. The first guest room has a king bed, the second guest room has two full beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall in between. There is also a full-size washer and dryer to make your chores easy.
The living and dining area are outfitted with comfortable furniture and space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or heat up leftovers from one of the many tasty restaurants on the island.
The views from your private balcony are amazing! Miles of ocean and white sand for as far as the eye can see.Â
During the winter monthly rentals are allowed. Come stay for a day, or for a while. You will be glad you did!

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this oceanfront condo, and I canât stop raving about it! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by stunning views of the ocean right from our balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was pure magic. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we neededâtruly a home away from home. It was clear that so much thought and care was put into every detail. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and having in-unit laundry made life so convenient. The private fishing pier was a dream! Whether we were casting a line in the morning or enjoying a peaceful sunset stroll, it felt like our own little sanctuary. And the pool? Sparkling clean, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldnât be betterâsteps from the sand, close to shops and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet enough to feel like a true escape. If youâre looking for a beachfront getaway that offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories, this is it. Weâre already planning our next trip back!

ID # B8975071 - We rented from Kristy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We rented unit 440, it was very cleaned and well stocked upon arrival with everything needed to settle right in. There was a minor issue and a quick call to Kristi got it resolved immediately. The condo itself is wonderful and the location is outstanding including the private pier and pool. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Bedrooms were clean with comfortable mattresses and bathrooms were nice. Easy access to the pool and beach. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and downtown. Complex was quiet and very well kept. Would definitely rent again.
