No permit is needed to fish off the pier as long as you are staying here.  This fabulous first floor property gives you the ease of access needed to have the perfect vacation. You will walk right out of your back door into the entrance of our Olympic size pool. You are steps from the gated beach access and steps from community BBQ grills. If that doesn't entice you enough, there are also tennis courts for your use.Â
The property hosts a king bed in the beautiful oceanside master bedroom. The master has a nicely appointed ensuite bathroom. The guest room houses 2 full size beds and there is a full bathroom in the hall next door. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo to make your chores easier. Â
